The customer success story of Victoria's Secret
Victoria’s Secret is a global fashion retailer specializing in women’s
lingerie, apparel, and beauty products. It is an international brand with high
demands for retail efficiency and customer experience. In Slovakia, the brand
is represented by Victoria’s Secret stores central and eastern europe.
Initial situation of the customer
The customer was entering the Slovak market with its very first physical store located in Aupark Bratislava. They needed a fully functional and legally compliant ERP system that could support sales, inventory management, product administration, and integration with the local fiscal system (eKasa).

The challenge
The main challenge was to implement a reliable system before the grand opening while ensuring full compliance with Slovak legislation, especially regarding eKasa integration. Additionally, the system had to be user-friendly for store employees and compatible with the brand’s existing infrastructure.
The success
The solution was the implementation of Odoo ERP along with the 26HOUSE eKasa module, which complies with Slovak fiscal requirements. Odoo supports the entire sales process, inventory control, product management, and reporting.
