TEXA, a company specializing in technical diagnostic and service products, needed a more efficient solution to manage its development projects. Together with the BOP Alliance partner SprintIT, Odoo was implemented as a centralized project management platform.

TEXA previously used Excel sheets to track projects, which became increasingly cumbersome as the number and complexity of projects grew. Information was stored in a decentralized manner, and communication between teams occurred via various channels.

The challenge


The company wanted better oversight of project phases, task assignments, and budgets. At the same time, teams needed to collaborate more effectively, including across different locations.

The success


With Odoo, TEXA gained a transparent, cloud-based project platform that centrally manages time tracking, task status, and budgets. SprintIT customized Odoo specifically to the company’s needs. The result: optimized workflows, structured project planning, and improved internal communication.
