Initial situation of the customer
RZS needed to replace its existing system to manage legal procedures, templates, and internal/external communications. Additionally, they required an integrated solution to manage CRM, categorized by procedures, and linked to billing. Their ERP needed to incorporate processes for managing commercial opportunities, legal case tracking, billing,
accounting, HR, and marketing.
The challenge
RZS faced the challenge of migrating and adapting their current processes into Odoo, including CRM, sales, billing, accounting, and legal procedure management across various legal areas (civil, labor, administrative, etc.). They also needed to integrate corporate email, set up user access credentials, and implement a BI solution through Power BI for data
extraction, while migrating data from third-party platforms.
The success
Our spanish BOP partner successfully implemented an Odoo solution for over 30 users, tailoring it to manage legal procedures and communications with judicial entities. The solution adapted Odoo’s Project, Accounting, Sales, Billing, and CRM applications to meet the customer’s needs for client management and tracking multiple legal cases. This customization included integration of documentation, schedules, communications, and billing, effectively solving the client's challenges and streamlining their operations.
