So far, they have gained a reputation as an innovative company capable of realising even the most demanding projects. Their goal is to implement and promote architectural art glass by offering a wide range of standard and unique solutions.
Overview
At the start of the project, the user used odoo community version 12, and due to the user's request, our BOP partner from Croatia decided to implement odoo version 16 enterprise.
Also, the user used Excel and other open source programs for many processes. The goals were to finally implement all the processes in a way that was achieved in the end.

Key challenges and requirements
As the User used several different programs for process monitoring, information or actions were often lost due to the disconnection of monitoring or duplication of the same or different information for the same process or more.
The user became aware of the problem and asked for a solution because the community version 12 that he maintained himself was not sufficient to monitor all the processes.
Solution and results
The experience of our Croatian partner in implementing odoo enterprise and the willingness of the User to change existing processes and adopt new processes were of great importance for the success of the project implementation.
