Within the BOP Alliance, we connect leading Odoo partners across Europe to deliver international projects with local expertise. This collaborative approach once again proved its strength during the implementation for Bmax USA LLC, part of the global I-Pulse Group.
Initial situation of the customer
I-Pulse Group had already introduced Odoo at one of its subsidiaries, I Cube Research. Encouraged by the positive results, the group decided to roll out Odoo to other entities, including Bmax USA LLC.
However, Bmax operated with different business processes, organizational structures, and compliance requirements than the existing Odoo entities.
The challenge
The main challenge was to create a unified system that could support the specific workflows of Bmax while aligning with the group’s global strategy.
The teams also had to manage the complexity of different time zones, international coordination, and strict accounting and approval procedures. Establishing consistent master data management across multiple companies added another layer of complexity.
The success
Through close collaboration between our German and French BOP Alliance partners, we successfully redefined and reconfigured the Odoo system for Bmax.
Together, we aligned global standards with local requirements, streamlined approval workflows, and trained employees to work efficiently within the new setup.
Today, Bmax operates within a fully integrated, group-wide Odoo environment that enhances transparency, standardizes processes, and strengthens cross-border collaboration.
With this foundation, Bmax is ideally positioned to support future growth and digital transformation within the I-Pulse Group.
